Easy to get started

I decided to try their Prescription Weight Loss Program. It was super easy to sign up online. I did the medical evaluation and talked to a doctor without any hassle. They prescribed me the GLP-1 medication and it came pretty fast. So far, it's been a good experience, no weird surprises. Felt pretty natural, like talking to my regular doctor.

Decent service, shipping could improve

I got the GLP-1 Prescription Service with Tirzepatide. The sign-up process was pretty smooth and the consultation was professional. I felt like the doctor listened to my concerns. The medication itself started working as expected, and the monthly subscription is convenient. My only real gripe was shipping; it took 8 days to get my first shipment, which felt a bit long. For a subscription service, I'd prefer a faster turnaround. Overall, it's a solid option, but quicker delivery would make it even better.

Consistent service for GLP-1

I've been a MyStartHealth customer for a few months now, using their Compounded Semaglutide. My first experience was good, and it's been consistent ever since. The telehealth follow-up visits are reliable, and I always get my medication on schedule. There haven't been any issues with refills or billing. It's why I keep coming back instead of trying other platforms like Ro or Henry Meds. They deliver what they promise every month.

Good program, clear process

I signed up for the Personalized Weight Loss Plan with Compounded Semaglutide. The initial Metabolic Health Assessment was thorough, and I appreciated that. Scheduling the telehealth consultation was straightforward, and the medical provider explained everything clearly, including potential side effects. My medication arrived in about 6 days after my prescription was approved. The packaging was discreet, and the instructions for the injectable weight loss meds were easy to follow. I've had two follow-up visits so far, and they've been helpful for tracking progress and adjusting as needed. Customer support responded to my email about a billing question within 24 hours.

Is MyStartHealth the real deal or is it one of those sketchy sites? I've seen a few others like Ro and Hims, wondering how this one stacks up.

P Paula B. 1 month ago
It's legit. They do proper medical evaluations and you get actual GLP-1 meds. Not like some of the fly-by-night places out there.

Yeah, I did my research too before joining. They're pretty transparent about the process and I've had good experiences with my provider. Way better than some of the others that feel super impersonal, at least for me.

Hey guys, thinking about signing up for MyStartHealth. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get the meds once you've done the consultation and everything? I'm in NYC.

C Cody Kaur 2 months ago
Mine took about a week, maybe 8 days tops to get to me in California. I think it depends on where you are but it wasn't super long for me.

yeah for me in Florida it was pretty quick, like 5-7 business days after the prescription was finalized. def not Amazon prime speed but not snail mail either.

Does anyone know if MyStartHealth accepts insurance for the medication itself? Or is it all out of pocket?

M Mia Reyes 2 months ago
Nah, they don't take insurance directly for the program or the meds, at least that was my experience. It's an out-of-pocket thing.

I think you have to pay upfront for everything. Sometimes you can submit stuff to your insurance for reimbursement later if your plan covers it, but MyStartHealth itself isn't in-network if that makes sense.

I saw something about a first month discount. Is that still happening? And where do you even put in a promo code?

S Shane Marsh 2 months ago
I got $75 off my first month when I signed up last month, so I think they still do it. You put the code in when you're checking out, before you finalize the payment.

S Steve Whitfield 2 months ago
Yeah, usually right at the end of the sign-up flow there's a box for promo codes. They tend to have those new patient deals all the time, I think.

if I sign up and decide it's not for me, can I cancel the subscription easily? don't wanna get locked into something crazy.

D Dana D. 2 months ago
Yep, you can cancel any time. I think you just have to give them notice before your next billing cycle.

K Kevin 2 months ago
Yeah, it's not a contract or anything. I actually paused mine for a bit then restarted without issues. Just make sure to cancel before your next payment is due.
